Pre-built PCs and in-stock parts are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Custom PC builds take an additional 3–5 business days for assembly and testing before dispatch. We deliver pan-India and will send you a tracking link once your order ships.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can also visit your My Account page or use the "Track Your Order" option in the footer to check real-time status.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. For custom PC builds, cancellations may be accepted within 12 hours of order placement, before assembly begins. Head to our Custom PC page and choose your components — processor, motherboard, RAM, storage, GPU, PSU, and cabinet. Our system checks compatibility automatically. Place your order, and our technicians will assemble, cable-manage, and stress-test the build before packing and shipping it to you.

Absolutely. Every custom build is reviewed by our technical team before assembly begins. We verify CPU–socket compatibility, RAM speed support, PSU wattage adequacy, case clearance for coolers/GPUs, and more. If we spot any issue, we'll contact you before proceeding.

All products sold by Scratch Computers carry the manufacturer's standard warranty — typically 1 to 3 years depending on the component and brand. Warranty claims are serviced through the manufacturer's authorized service center. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase. For custom builds, we also provide a 30-day build defect coverage.

If a part is out of stock, contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8826701897 or call us during store hours (10 AM–6 PM, Monday–Saturday). We can suggest equivalent alternatives, notify you when stock arrives, or source it for you at the same or better price.

We accept all major payment modes including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. For in-store purchases at our Greater Noida West location, cash payments are also accepted. EMI options may be available on select banks — contact us for details.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Custom-built PCs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing/assembly defect. Please review the full Refund & Cancellation Policy on our website for detailed terms.

First, ensure all power connections are firmly seated and the PSU switch is on. If it still doesn't boot, check for any POST beep codes. For custom builds purchased from us, reach out via WhatsApp or call us — our team will walk you through troubleshooting steps. If it's a hardware fault within the warranty period, we'll arrange a fix or replacement.
